Everyone should have the SilverWear experience. We understand that cash may not always flow the way you want, so we make it easy to obtain the jewelry you’ll treasure for years to come. Just ask. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any item(s). |

Life happens. We want you to be happy with your jewelry for a very long time, so if your SilverWear brand needs mending, we’ll be happy to do it. |

Item Availability
SilverWear silver and copper jewelry is freshly made with your order and can be adjusted to your length and/or size specifications. (Any adjustment made to a previously existing item will constitute a custom order and therefore require a deposit).
Bead jewelry is available based on supply. Some beads are hard-to-find and may take longer to obtain again...if at all. If the object of your desire is not available, Joann can produce something similar to your liking (custom order) or you can be notified when/if the bead item becomes available.

Return Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your SilverWear, you may return it in excellent condition within 30 days for item(s) of equal value or for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. Your receipt is required for all returns. Refunds will be made in the form of money orders. |
Returned Check Policy
If your check is returned, you will be notified via phone, email, and the postal service, if necessary, and expected to cover all costs including the bank’s returned check fee imposed on SilverWear/Joann Washington, the cost of the jewelry, and other fees that may be incurred on our part. In addition, we will not be able to accept your checks in the future. |
